Our international students on a “discovery rally” of Rennes

On October 1, 7 teams of international students started on a “discovery rally” of Rennes, its history, buildings, monuments parks and inhabitants. This big game is usually organized by the professors of French as a foreign language each year on the last day of the intensive French class our English-speaking students take before the start of their Master studies at IGR-IAE Rennes.

Guided, quizzed and challenged by their French language professors, our students raided the streets of Rennes, their new playground, in search of answers to the game, going from the place de la Mairie to the railway station, or Rennes’ smaller streets lined with half-timbered house.

All the participants received a small present as an encouragement, and the members of the winning team received more significant prizes, all of them on the theme of Rennes fascinating historical heritage. These presents were prepared by IGR-IAE coordinators.
