Each year, IGR-IAE welcomes around 20 visiting professors, who teach seminars or courses in our French or international programs. They also work on joint research projects with our professors, and present their recent work in seminars organized during their stays.
" It is always a pleasure for me to come to Rennes and to take part in the MBA in International Management of the IGR-IAE Rennes. Working with such a wide range of people originating from all over the world is a unique experience! It brings you both personal and professional rewards. I think it is a great opportunity for students to improve their hard and soft skills and get ready to develop their professional careers in a global marketplace "

« Nearly twenty years ago I have started to serve as a visiting professor at IGR-IAE Rennes, University of Rennes 1's graduate school of management.
For me, it is always a pleasure to teach at Rennes. The students are bright and carefully prepared. They are really interested in the topic my teaching activity is referring to. Thus, in our sessions we have intensive and insightful discussions within the classroom.
Furthermore, IGR's students stem from a larger number of countries which also matches perfectly with the topic of my courses.»

" The University of West Alabama and IGR-IAE Rennes have a wonderful partnership that benefits students and faculty at both institutions with academic exchange opportunities. In 2019, I had the pleasure of joining other fascinating professors during the International week on the IGR-IAE Rennes campus. This was my second time in Rennes as a visiting professor, and I thoroughly enjoyed teaching the Marketing students throughout the week. We covered topics like Stereotypes in Sports Media and Advertising, Visual Elements of Media, and Culture and Offensive "

« I have been a visiting professor at IGR-IAE de Rennes for several years and, I must confess, each visit is always a pleasure. The City offers all the facilities of a metropolis (metro, surface transportation, restaurants, shops) but on a human scale with a smile. IGR is a welcoming place with friendly staff and students. While buckwheat crepes are a major staple of Rennes restaurants (‘creperie’), the city has also a wide variety of all kinds of restaurants and bistros. To visit Rennes is to come back…»

« It was my great pleasure to have had the opportunity this year to teach Japanese Human Resource Management to the excellent graduate students at IGR-IAE. It was an intensive one-week course with capable students of diversified nationalities. I enjoyed lively discussions about the successful model of Japanese management, along with the high commitment and strength of organisational citizenship behaviour in the workplace.
The city of Rennes is known for the most comfortable living conditions in France. I found a beautiful environment surrounded by greenery, quiet parks, and historical monuments. I can see many Japanese tourists in Rennes. They are going to go to the most attractive tourist points of interest for Japanese people, such as the Mont Saint-Michel».
