A very savory and so Breton activity was offered to the international students of our Masters taught 100% in English just before the end of their courses and their departure for a 6-month in-company internship.
A crêpe workshop was organized by the professors of French as a foreign language for our three groups of students, and took place at the Cook and Go workshop in Rennes. 😋
After learning how to prepare the dough, everyone got to try cooking the crêpes on the billig (specific crêpe pan) and to prepare delicious toppings including the famous salted butter caramel. Of course the session ended with tasting the prepared crêpes!
After several months of hard work and study, this was a welcome and much appreciated relaxing moment 🌥
