EDUC+M seminar in Cagliari, Sardinia Island

As part of the European EDUC+M project led by Béatrice Bellini ( Associate Professor at Paris Nanterre) which aims to train responsible and positive managers, Anaïs Pouget, Romane Hamelin, Paul Bonaventur and Nans Gaucher – Licence 3 students at IGR-IAE Rennes – as well as Mathilde Besnard and Mathilde Renouard, students in Master 1 Accounting Control Audit in apprenticeship, were given the opportunity to take part in the seminar dedicated to sustainability in the tourism sector at the University of Cagliari, which took place from May 23 to 28, 2022.

Thanks to the lectures given by EDUC+M’s team of professors, including Christophe Vignon and Caroline Ruiller, on embodied management, circular economy, eco-responsible management, etc. IGR-IAE Rennes students partnered with their counterparts from Paris-Nanterre, Cagliari, Pecs, Potsdam and Mazarick Universities to address two issues raised by the management of the Pullman Timi Ama hotel (Accor group): improving digital HR and marketing services for an employee/customer experience supportive of sustainable human and ecological development. The results were convincing and the management will implement the solutions submitted by the students.

Many thanks to Odile Soulard of the IGR-IAE Rennes’ Communication & International Development Department for her administrative, logistical and organizational support, which was essential to the success of this seminar for the Rennes team.
