A new zero waste grocery store in Rennes by one of our graduates!

A new Mamie Mesure grocery store will be opening soon on the François Mitterrand Mall. This new chain is specialized in locally grown and organic products,  with a zero-waste mindset.

It will be run by one of the graduates of the Master of Franchising, Retail and Service Chains, taught in English at IGR-IAE Rennes: Andras Gonczi is Hungarian, he joined IGR-IAE Rennes for the 2017-2018 academic year. After a few years in London after graduating, he decided to come back to Rennes for this new project!

Last year, Andras had given us a testimonial about his studies at IGR-IAE Rennes that you can read again by clicking here.

In this new professional adventure, he is associated with his girlfriend, Floriane Cron, who also has a managerial profile.

The grocery store will offer everyday food products in bulk, from short local circuits, and organic products will be favored: 90% of the products will be certified. There will also be all you need for zero waste bathroom and kitchen.

A participative fund has been launched on the BlueBees platform in order to finance the locally made furniture using recycled materials:

I want to support this Mamie Mesure project!
