Enseigné en langue anglaise, le Master GRH, Parcours Management de Projet en GRH Internationale, dédié à l’accueil d’étudiants internationaux de tous pays, a pour objectif de former des spécialistes de la GRH internationale en poste dans des services internationaux ou dans des entreprises internationales et maîtrisant les problématiques actuelles des entreprises internationales, dans un contexte multiculturel (qualité de vie au travail, management des talents, développement de projets…).

Cinq places maximum sont réservées à des étudiants francophones ayant un projet professionnel international. Au plan pédagogique, cette formation est fondée sur le travail en petits groupes multiculturels, le développement de connaissances grâce aux cours, aux études de cas, à la recherche documentaire, aux enquêtes et à la préparation d’exposés.

Des chercheurs internationaux et des professionnels ayant une forte expérience du management international des ressources humaines interviennent dans le master.

Objectifs

What is the purpose of this Master?

Its purpose is to train Human Resources Managers to develop projects in a multicultural context – in France or/and abroad – for small and medium sized import / export companies or major international groups. It is also aimed at students from any country of origin who wish to pursue an international management career in a global context and in a digital edge.

The program will concentrate on the key role activities of HRM project management in an international context and on up to date topics (in particular, digital management, workplace quality of life, talent management and multicultural team management).

Only five French language students are accepted in the group each year.

 

Strength of the program
  • Multicultural class and courses taught in English.
  • Tailor-made for future Executives in international businesses, the program was created in collaboration with IHRM professionals.
  • Long-term internship (4 to 6 month) in France or abroad.
  • Classes are taught by French and international researchers associated with practitioners who are all experts in Social Innovations and Human Resources Management.
  • All the courses are designed to be organized with small group dynamics: e.g., case studies, role playing and management problem solving. The students learn how to learn by themselves as future professionals.

 

Five key managerial skills will be developed
  • Understanding the international and multicultural management context;
  • Acquiring specific knowledge essential to work in HRM in an international context : communication 3.0 (digital management), talent management, compensation and benefits, mobility management;
  • Leading change management, team-work, psychological well-being and HRM project management;
  • Extending their international network, and working with people from different nationalities and cultures who share the same interest in international HRM;
  • Learning how to develop new knowledges and competencies as future professionals.

Débouchés

Here are a few examples of jobs aimed by the master degree and sought for by companies:

-        International Recruiter;

-        International HR Officer;

-        Global Mobility Manager;

-        Talent manager;

-        International HRM counselor.

-        Assistant professor: PHD preparation available for 1 to 3 students each year (depends on academic results and research project).

Inscription

Applicants’ profiles

Bachelor in Management, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Economy.

Evidence of English language proficiency: TOEFL (550 minimum paper test, 80 IBT) or TOEIC (750 or above), IELTS (overall band score of 6 for Academic version).

A close attention will be paid to the applicants’ background: we take in account the academic results, but also (1). prior education in English, and international internship, scholarship or work experience), (2) Applicants’ motivations and the consistency of their professional project with the purpose of the Master of “International Human Resource Management Project”.
